Ecurie Equinoxe is a dream come true for the Gauthier family with their daughter, Ariane, as head coach. Ariane Gauthier was born loving horses.  Ariane began riding lessons at 8 years old in 1984 and began competing in hunter / jumper classes at 13. She lives and breathes horses. At 15 Ariane was doing eventing. One year later in 1992 Ariane proudly came third at the provincial championship and was the reserve champion of the year in pre training junior (eventing).  In 1995 Ariane was competing in dressage while completing her DEC in equine techniques and earned certification level one coach from EC and FEQ. In 1998 she  was 1st in her division in the provincial championship and 5th in the eastern Canada division and 7th overall in Canada with Rocky in basic 4 senior. With her love of horses and her vast experience Ariane started her riding school ECURIE EQUINOXE in 2000. Ariane has proudly trained  Para equestrian riders who succeeded to joining the national team. She will be presenting her stallion Caramba for licensing and performance testing in 2011.
